Six Sentence Sunday – Glamour Blade

Yeah . . . Six Sentence Sunday! How about another 6 sentences from my WIP, Glamour Blade – book 3 in the House Millar series?

Our sidhe warrior is just making a second circuit of the club when things get interesting for him . . .

He could feel eyes on him suddenly, and while that wasn’t unusual – especially in a club – this, he knew, was more that just some mortal ogling his backside. Making it back to the bar, he turned to face the crowd – read seek who was staring at him – while Chad poured him another ale. It wasn’t till he turned to pick up his drink that things got interesting though.

A warm shock surged through him when someone ran their fingers up his arm. Even through the mesh he could feel that the fingers were long and strong, but cool – strange in a place like this. But, no human’s touch would cause such a shock!

For those new to this, the rules are simple:

  1. Pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you’re published
  2. Pick six sentences
  3. Post ‘em on Sunday

See? Easy. Want to play? See the site for information on how to do just that:

  1. So if it’s not a human hitting on him, who/what is it? Interesting that he could feel the fingers were cool through the mesh. You’ve peaked my interest! Great six.

  2. Can he be so certain it’s a human…hmmm? Great six! Hope you post the answer next week!
