WWW Wednesdays

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

My answers:

What are you currently reading? I am still rereading “Wizards First Rule” by Terry Goodkind. Terry’s written a new book, “The Omega Machine” so I’ve decided to reread the entire series before reading the new one (Due out August 16, 2011)

What did you recently finish reading? I finished reading “Without Reservations” by J.L. Langley.  This is an 18+ M/M read.  I enjoyed the entire Without series.

What do you think you’ll read next? After I finish “Wizard’s First Rule“, I’m still going to be busy with the Sword of Truth series.  There are twelve (count them 12) books in the series so it will take me a week or two to finish.  I read fast but still. Winking smile

You know, I’ve never actually read any of Terry Goodkind’s stories. Do you have a favorite you’d recommend?
    Thanks for the blog visit!

    1. Honestly, I’ve read the entire 12 book Sword of Truth saga and LOVED it. You have to start with ‘Wizard’s First Rule’ or you’ll be at a loss. It’s a very in depth and intriguing world. There was a TV series made but in many ways is strayed far from the books but hey, I enjoyed it too (just had to think of it as an alternate reality to the books, lol).

      Hope you enjoy TG!

I admire your determination to reread all 12 books of the Sword of Truth saga before the new one. I feel the same about the Inheritance books by Christopher Paolini (Eragon, etc.) but there’s only three to reread, not 12! Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Well, I’ve read them before so it won’t take me as long to re-read and yes, the Inheritance books are great too. I own them too thanks to my 12 yo son. He read the first book just before seeing the movie (yes he was young but is an awesome reader). TY for the visit!

Another series looks tempting, but I’m not sure I could do that right now. Have fun charging through all the books!

  1. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. It must be a good series if you are willing to read a series of 12. I did that with The Left Behind series and read them all in a matter of weeks. Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Its a very good story. 🙂 Thanks for the visit.
